These terms are between you and Shin (“we”, “us”). They cover this website (getshinapp.world) and the Shin waitlist. The Shin app will come with its own terms when it launches. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.

The waitlist

• You need to be 18 or older to join the waitlist.
• Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
• It also doesn’t guarantee access, a launch date, pricing or specific features. The app is still being made, and plans can change.
• We may remove sign-ups that look automated, abusive or fake. To leave the waitlist, email hello@getshinapp.world.

Using this site

Please don’t misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no pretending to be someone else.

The demos

The phone screens on this site are illustrations of the app we’re building. They show the idea, not a final product. Anything you type into the “Try it” demo stays in your browser and isn’t saved or sent anywhere.

Our name and content

The Shin name, logo, designs, illustrations and text on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to share links to the site; please don’t copy or reuse the content as your own.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Links elsewhere

Links to other websites are there for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.

Changes

If we update these terms, we’ll change this page and the date at the top.
